Every cabin has real costs. Linens wear out, hot tubs need service, things break. That's not the problem. The problem is when your manager quietly profits from them: trip charges, markups on repairs, “program” fees, and line items you never agreed to. Stack those up, and a 25% management fee is rarely 25%.

Ours is 15%, all-inclusive. Real expenses pass through at exactly what they cost. We never make a dime on them.
